55+ Design Done Right: Beyond the Ranch Plan
Tuesday, January 10 | 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM | Location: W307C
It’s time we looked at 55+ housing from a new perspective! Boomers and 55+ buyers remain the single most economically viable consumer group in today’s marketplace. They also happen to be one of the hardest market niches to sell to. Many of them want to move, but can’t find what they are looking for! During this session, the panel will explore the specific needs of this market niche, discuss ways to motivate them throughout the sales process and highlight design ideas, finishes and floorplans that will resonate with today’s 55+ homebuyer. This year’s panel includes Jerry Gloss and Jennifer Williams of KGA, Angela Harris of TRIO Environments, Bill Swalling of Actual Communities and Cliff Stahl of Meritage Homes.
