Drop off your floor plan (in need of fixing) to Design Central staff on Tuesday. On Wednesday, grab your coffee and prepare to take notes as architect John Guilliams reviews and updates your plans. All are encouraged to attend and glean best practices from the presentation. You will learn from both John and your peers in attendance—participation is highly encouraged!

The Architect Is In: Plan Reviews

KGA’s John Guilliams and Kristen Fowler will be participating in one-on-one plan reviews on Wednesday and Thursday morning. Sign-ups are available beginning at 7:30 am on the day of the review and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Architects and designers will offer 30-minute time slots to attendees and illustrate how your plans can be updated to meet the needs of today’s home buyers.
