Erin’s extensive background in home building, design, and business development makes her uniquely qualified to share KGA’s expertise and expand our reach to more local, regional, and national production home builders and developers.

Through her close work with builders and in the industry, Erin has developed an essential understanding of their operational challenges locally and nationally. She most recently served as Director of Business Development, Marketing and Strategic Operations for Lita Dirks & Co., where she built and nurtured successful builder relationships spanning a variety of projects and developments across the country.
Erin’s market-driven and customer-centric approach is an asset to today’s builders and developers as they weather the dual challenge of planning for both the short and long term.

Erin currently serves on numerous councils with the National Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver. She earned the HBA of Metro Denver’s Associate of the Year Award in 2022 and is a regular speaker at the International Builders’ Show. Giving back is one of KGA’s core values, and Erin lives this value through her involvement with the Home Builders Foundation, HomeAid Colorado, and the American Heart Association.
