KGA Studio Architects PC (formerly Knudson Gloss) is excited to announce that Jennifer Williams and John Guilliams will join Jerry Gloss and Paul Mahony as Partners.
With the addition of Jennifer and John as Partners, KGA is taking another step toward the future. “They are both greatly admired for their unique achievements,” said Paul Mahony, Principal. “John possesses outstanding design skills and extraordinary relationships with his clients.”
Jennifer utilizes her fluency in marketing to represent the firm while bringing a sophisticated system of operations management. Principal Jerry Gloss says of Jennifer “…she is a powerhouse of ideas and creative solutions; we are fortunate to have her managing our team”. KGA welcomes both John and Jennifer to the firm’s partnership.
For 30 years, John has worked in residential architecture, both in Colorado and his home state of Florida. He joined KGA in 2011 as Director of Design and was recently named Partner to head our award winning Production Design Studio alongside Jerry Gloss.
Through-out John’s career he has used his talents to serve his community through his work with Habitat for Humanity and apply his knowledge of design to incorporate custom elements into affordable housing for clients such as the Brighton Housing Authority.
Having worked for some of Colorado’s most reputable design firms specializing in multi-family, land planning and residential architecture, John’s background is diverse. His experience and technical knowledge allow us to further our existing projects within the dynamic arena of Urban Infill.
An alum of the University of Denver Daniel’s College of Business with a BSBA in marketing, Jennifer is a seasoned marketing and operations expert. She recently spent 6+ years as Publisher of Colorado Homes & Lifestyles magazine, managing their operations and growing the publication’s profit in difficult economic times. Now, after spending 15 years in marketing and sales for luxury home design media, Jennifer will be combining her passion for design with her extensive expertise in operations management as Managing Partner for KGA.
Jennifer has a heart for serving her community as evidenced by her 4 year contribution to Excelsior Youth Center; two years as chair of the annual awards gala and 2 years as a member of their Foundation Board of Directors.
Being a long time resident of Denver’s urban neighborhoods, Jennifer has a sensitivity for responsible design and is an advocate for designing with restoration and preservation in mind.
Join us in congratulating Jennifer and John in their new roles at KGA!
