KGA has a rich history with multifamily design dating back to the early 1980s. Today, as the cost of housing outpaces affordability for a majority of consumers in the market, we have bolstered our efforts to help developers achieve attainable lease rates and sale prices. We are able to accomplish this through well-conceived design and a focus on maximizing density of a project while being sensitive to the surrounding community.
Two years ago KGA recruited Kiley Baham to assist with these efforts. He brings with him over 20 years of experience as an architect, project manager, and client advocate. Most recently, Kiley was with OZ Architecture where he worked on numerous multifamily projects, including Gateway Station in Golden, DELO Apartments in Louisville, and Skiview Place in Steamboat Springs. Kiley fortifies our existing team and will work in conjunction with John Guilliams, Director of Design and KGA partner. Our sweet spot includes small to medium sized infill projects.
