Graham Swett, LEED AP BD+C
Graham has a long history with KGA dating back to 1979 when he began working with Knudson Associates. Graham has grown along with the firm and is recognized for his diverse set of architectural and project management skills. A licensed Colorado architect and LEED AP, Graham has designed and managed a wide array of project types. The scope of his work includes award-winning single-family home remodels and custom homes, numerous branch banks for First National Bank of Colorado, multi-use office/retail projects, townhome and condo multi-family design, and island and mountain resort architecture to name a few.
Graham is passionate about energy efficient sustainable design and believes that a successful project hinges on the clarity of the client’s program, a shared common vision, the creative development and refinement of a design that addresses that program and vision and finally, the careful preparation of construction documents to faithfully document the design. Successful projects are also the result of recognizing the key elements of the client’s program and turning seeming design constraints into opportunities to achieve exceptional results.
