Heather Guadagnoli

Heather brings over 15 years of experience to her role as business manager for KGA, where she manages all things non-creative (accounting, insurance, contract administration, and human resources). The substantial portion of her career has been in the Architecture-Engineering industry, focused on project cost accounting and customer service. In addition to accounting, her expertise is in process and procedure development with a strong emphasis on client service. Heather has been with KGA since 2017, during which time she led the charge in revamping KGA’s business and project management processes. She uses her keen attention to detail and organizational skills to keep daily operations running smoothly.
