Mike’s career in the home building industry started in 1992. “It’s funny, I started in residential architecture, then moved to construction, and later came back to architecture,” Mike says. He has over 20 years of experience as a project manager, and brings valuable real-world construction experience to all of his projects. “Since I’ve worked in the field, I know what people are looking for in terms of details. It also makes it easier when our clients call with questions. I know what they’re talking about, since I’ve been in their shoes,” he adds.
With experience in production, multi-family, custom and remodel projects, it is the design aspect of his job that keeps him motivated. “I love the challenge of taking a loose sketch and turning it into something buildable,” says Mike.
