Steve Combs

Steve has been involved in real estate, building and remodeling for more than 40 years. His career began when he founded Combs Design and Development, where he focused on spec and custom homes, remodels and light commercial projects. Steve later made the shift to commercial real estate, starting as an associate selling and leasing real estate for CB Commercial.

In the early 2000s, Steve founded his own commercial real estate brokerage and development firm focusing on mixed use commercial projects. “There’s something about developing that I really enjoy. There are so many moving parts and pieces, and you really need to understand the nuances of the marketplace,” says Steve. “I appreciate the built environment, and being able to contribute to it in a positive way is such a privilege,” he adds.

Steve joined KGA’s team in 2013. At KGA, his focus is on driving new business and helping clients understand the design/build process. “I get really excited about educating our clients about what we do,” he says.
