Inspire Innovation

Our designs are fueled by innovation, creativity and the desire to lead change. Great ideas come from everywhere. We let ideas evolve and breathe new life into our designs.

Attitude of Gratitude

We express gratitude to ourselves, our peers and our clients. The more we express gratitude, the more likely we’ll have more to be grateful for.

Own It

We value respect, reliability and trustworthiness. We are accountable to each other, our clients and our community. We proactively manage our outcomes.

Be Honest

Let’s be honest. Giving and getting feedback can be really hard. Knowing your clients and peers are being honest develops trust. Trust and honesty contribute to strong and lasting relationships with each other and within our industry.

Let It Breathe

Our world is all about immediate action. While timeliness is important, we believe taking the time for thoughtful communication leads to a better outcome. Our first reaction isn’t always our best, so we let it breathe.

Fill the Tank

At KGA, we encourage everyone to be responsible for their own wellbeing. We help ourselves, so we can help others and our business. We make time to celebrate, laugh, share experiences, and enjoy each other, because work without fun is just … work!
